Chocolate chip bread pudding
with vanilla cream sauce




The first time I had chocolate bread pudding was at a restaurant in Jack London Square. They used croissant and Mexican dark chocolate. It was so decadent – just melt in your mouth deliciousness. I’ve made many versions over the years. This is one of my favorite. French bread in a rich, luxurious custard sprinkled with chocolate chips topped with a buttery vanilla sauce. It’s utterly divine!
